Ghost Pad

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. What GhostPad is

GhostPad is a free, temporary, self-destructing note and file sharing service. Notes and files are deleted automatically after expiry or after being read (if burn-after-reading is enabled).

2. No accounts, no tracking

You do not need to create an account. We do not track you across sessions or sell any data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GhostPad for illegal content, malware, spam, or harassment. We reserve the right to delete any note or file that violates this.

4. No warranties

GhostPad is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee that a note will survive until the expiry time (for example, if our servers are down or if you lose the link).

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss of data, privacy breach caused by your own actions (e.g. sharing the link), or any damages resulting from using the service.

6. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. We respect and comply with all applicable international data protection and consumer laws worldwide, including the EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
